Principal Construction Features: The center impresses visitors with its unusual open and spacious plan. an arched masonry wall extends from the northeast to the southwest, The library, with its exposed beams, is insulated from external distractions by the main building that surrounds it. Bricks and columns salvaged from the demolished original structure were retained as a interior folcal point.
General Construction Budget Only: $1.9 million

Outcome: The project was brought in on time and on budget; the owner and architect are well satisfied not only with the completed project but also with the degree of coordination by the general contractor with all contributing specialties.
