Principal Construction Features: Was the total renovation of what was the previous Rowan Bookstore to the (Rowan Winans Wellness Center) including exam rooms, medical offices, conference rooms, and student learning rooms on the 1st level. In the lower level it included EMT offices and mechanical rooms. On the exterior an ambulance garage was constructed.
